Arizona Quilters Guild is a statewide Guild with over 2400 members. There are currently 50 chapters of the Guild. The annual dues are $30 for new members and $25 for renewals. There is a fall and spring meeting for all members, and an annual quilt show in the spring each year.


Ahwatukee/Phoenix
Prickly Piecers We are a chapter of the Arizona Quilters Guild. We meet the third Thursday of each month (except July) at Desert Foothills United Methodist Church. 2156 E Liberty Lane @ 7 PM Be sure to call or email to make sure we are meeting at the church as sometimes we have ‘field trips’ yearly dues are currently $25. We often get together on Saturdays for what we call SewIns to work on charity work or our own UFOs. Come and check us out! We are a FUN group! Ajo
Ajo Piecemakers’ is a Chapter of the Arizona Quilters Guild. We meet every Wednesday from 9 – 11 am at the Ajo Lion’s Club at Center and Cameron Streets in Ajo. We ask for a $1 donation when attending. We have fabric challenges, block exchanges, various classes and a quilt show the first weekend of February each year. Colorado River Quilters
At Colorado River Quilters, we offer a range of activities, including regular workshops, quilting classes, special events and community projects. Our group organizes quilting exhibitions and events to showcase the beautiful work created by our members. We are committed to nurturing a thriving quilting community and providing opportunities for quilters to express their creativity.

Chandler
Nimble Thimbles 739 E Erie St, Chandler, Arizona. Nimble Thimbles is a robust group of 90+ quilters who meet twice a month to exchange ideas, show our newest projects, and hear fabulous teachers. We also offer twice a year retreat camps, have a yearly small quilt auction, and support other local charities by donated quilts from our members. Chino Valley
Chino Valley Quilters meets at First Southern Baptist Church, 1524 Hwy. 89, Chino Valley, AZ. west side of Hwy near Pizza Hut; rear building. We are a friendly and casual group of 65-70 members. We like to have fun while preserving the art of quilting, helping others, and trying new ideas. We usually have a monthly program and/or workshop. We enjoy out of town speakers as well as our own members who offer their expertise. Guests are welcome at no charge two times a year and we hope they join us as a new member. Quail Country Quilters Guild
Bimonthly meetings: 2nd and 4th Thursday at 930am at the VFW 705 E. Aspen St Cottonwood, AZ. No meetings in July. In November we meet 1st and 3rd Thursdays. December only meet 2nd Thursday. We welcome all levels of quilters. We have great programs, workshops, show and tell, trunk shows and quilt show in odd number years. We have an active charity quilt program. Flagstaff
The Coconino Quilters’ Guild is a community of quilting enthusiasts of all levels. Monthly meetings are held every 4th Thursday of the month from January through October. Events include guest speakers, workshops, show and tell, twice a year retreats, library quilt show, and community service projects. Annual dues are $25.

Fort Mohave
Stitch-N-Rippits – We have 30+ members with dues of $20 yearly. This is a learning & teaching guild with fun & informative meetings & workshops. Valley Quilters Guild

Valley Quilters Guild is located in Green Valley, Our guild membership includes full-time residents in the Green Valley and surrounding area, as well as winter residents. As of January, 2023, we have 116+ members. The guild meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:00 p.m.. Our guild meeting includes a business meeting, guest or program presentation, and show-and-tell. A class or sew day follows on Friday for those interested in learning something new or sewing with others. We encourage you to join us, as new members are always welcome! Kingman Quilters Guild – We meet the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:00 AM at the College Park Baptist Church, 1990 E. Jagerson, Kingman, AZ. Bees are Wednesday at 8:30 AM – same location. we have a block of the month, secret sister, classes, an annual opportunity quilt in conjunction with our annual quilt show. Havasu Stitchers Guild The Havasu Stitchers is a Chapter of the AZ Quilters Guild. We have about 180 members, Snow Birds, and permanent residents. We meet on the second Thursday of the month at the Quality Inn, 271 Lake Havasu Ave., South, Lake Havasu City, AZ Please Visit our website to find out more about our semi-annual Quilt Show the first week in November and our annual retreat bringing in Nation and International Educators In January plus a host of other quilting activities.

Mesa
Cholla Chapter Quilting Guild. We have about 80 members and meet at 9:30 am on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. We meet at Velda Rose Methodist Church on Main Street at 56th Street. We have fat quarter raffles, secret sisters, workshops, and our second annual quilt show. 

Overgaard
The Pine Needlers Quilt Group
The Pine Needlers are a group of approximately 60 women who share a love of quilting and community.  Our dues are $25 per year. We have open sews each Monday and Thursday (except December) at 9am at Faith Lutheran Church, 2750 Mogollon Drive. Phoenix Area Quilters Association (PAQA)
PAQA is a group of about 125 members in the Phoenix area. Our goal is to share our love of quilting with others by providing educational opportunities such as guest speakers, classes and workshops. In addition, we offer numerous retreats throughout the year and a quilt show every 2 years. We offer many activities such as a machine embroidery group, sit and sews, block of the month, quilts for charities, and show & tell. Pine
The Strawberry Patchers Chapter of the Arizona Quilters Guild meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 9 a.m. in the Activity Room of the Isabelle Hunt Memorial Public Library. The actual location is 3872 Highway 87 (downtown Pine, AZ) All are welcome to come to visit. Check out our website. We have a Quilt Show in June, a Quilt Auction in August.

Prescott
Thumb Butte Quilters’ Guild. We have 130 members who pay $30.00 a year in dues. We meet on the second Monday of the month at St. Lukes Episcopal Church. We have workshops and programs every month. We have a company store, show and tell, and active friendship groups. We do a large quilt show every other year. Contact beeson@commspeed.net  for more information. 

Mountain Top Quilters Guild  We have 165+ members meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month (9:30 am) at the Elks Lodge #330, 6245 E. 6th St, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. Dues are $30 per year. We offer speakers/programs and classes most months along with Community Quilts meetings for charity quilts. We sponsor a Quilt Show and raffle every 2 years (even years). Prescott Valley
Lonesome Valley Quilters Guild
meets at the Mingus View Presbyterian Church, 8340 E Leigh Dr, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. The โ€œThe Valley of Twighlight Quiltersโ€ meets at 7 PM on the 1st Monday of each month (except on holiday, the meeting is on 2nd Monday). The guild has an annual holiday boutique, opportunity (raffle) quilt which can be seen on our website, guest speakers, community service projects, workshops, mini-groups, show & tell secret quilters, and fat quarter swap/door prizes. Dues are $25/year and we currently have 53 members.

Sahuarita
Sonora PieceMakers and Friends. Between October and May, we meet weekly at 1:00 pm in the Mesquite Room of the Sonora Clubhouse in Rancho Sahuarita. Twice-monthly home Bees are scheduled June through September. No dues. Scheduled meetings include Begin Quilting classes, new techniques, quilting for others, and free time to work on individual projects. We welcome Sonora quilters, sewers, and other needle artists who would enjoy socializing with others.

Valley Quilter’s Guild. We have about 150 members who pay $25 a year in dues. Meeting place and time may vary so check our website at to get up to date information. We have monthly meetings with a program as well as several other activities including small groups (Bees) that meet monthly and quilt-making classes. We have a quilt show or studio tour on alternating years.

Sedona
Red Rock Quilters Guild
We are a quilt guild in the Sedona, AZ area that is open to anyone interested in quilting.  Our motto is โ€œSharing and Caring,โ€ we come together to share our love of quilting, learn new skills/ideas, and care for our community through various service projects. We meet at 9 am on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May, with no formal meetings scheduled in June, July, and August.  Currently, we have about 50 members, and our annual dues are $25.   We would love to have you come to visit us and hopefully join our guild.  We meet at Christ Lutheran Church, 25 Chapel Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336.  Our contact email is inforrquilters@gmail.com.

Sierra Vista
Hummingbird Stitchers Quilt Guild. We have about 200 members who pay $25 a year in dues. We meet on the first Monday evening at 6 pm and every Wednesday at 9:30 am at the Apache Middle School. We hold workshops, classes, and a block lottery. Our annual quilt show is held the last weekend in February at Buena High School. Contact HSQG@hummingbirdquiltguild.com  for more information.

Palo Verde Patchers (PVP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  “The Mission of Palo Verde Patchers (PVP) is to serve the community through quilt-related charitable activities, to educate members about the art and craft of quilting, and to provide social activities for members. โ€ All Sun City West Residents with a valid Recreation Card are eligible to join the club.  Contact PALOVERDEPATCHERS@GMAIL.COM for more information. Tempe
Cactus Patchers – We are one of the oldest chapters of the Arizona Quilt Guild. Meetings are held at the Pyle Center located at the corner of Rural rd and Southern ave in Tempe on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month starting at 6:30 pm. We always have FUN activities, projects, and interesting speakers to keep us entertained. Guests and new members are always welcome. No membership dues! Tucson
Tucson Quilters Guild, P.O. Box 14454, Tucson AZ 85732-4454. We meet on 2nd Weds of each month at 9:30 AM & the Tue. the evening prior to the 2nd Weds at 7:00 PM. Both meetings have the same great speaker, content, and workshops offered. We meet at St. Francis Cabrini Church, 3201 E. Presidio, near Ft. Lowell & Country Club. Dues are $30 per year, Mar.- Feb.

Winslow
Material Girls
We have 35 members. We meet the first Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm. We meet the Winslow Chamber of Commerce located at 523 W 3rd Street in Winslow. We have a program and tip of the month at each month along with raffles and snacks. Our dues are $20/year. We hold an annual quilt show the last weekend in September and first weekend of October. We have a couple 3 days retreat each year. We help the local library with sew days for the youth. We have a yearly quilt raffle that benefits our education and a separate bags/baskets raffle for a local scholarship. These are just a few of the activities we have. Email: paulasue_84@hotmail.com

Yuma
Common Threads. Our Guild meetings are held every Tuesday from the months of Nov to Mar at Bonita Mesa Rv Resort. We have a revolving membership that goes up and down according to when the members arrive in our park. Most meetings we have from 25 to 40 members actively attending our meeting.
