Athabasca
Athabasca Quilters' Guild -- We have about 30 members who pay $25 a year in dues. We meet at 6:30 pm on the first Thursday of each month, except July and August. Our activities include workshops, Sewing Saturdays, charity quilt raffles, secret sisters, shop-hops, and a quilt show every second year. Calgary
Peace by Piece Quilters' Guild meets in Hope Lutheran Church, Beaver Road N.W. Second Tuesday of the month.40 members based on Christian Principles strictly a charity group. contact Devon through our web site .

Carbon Heritage Quilters. We have 5 energetic members who pay $10/year in dues. We meet at 7 pm most Tuesdays of the month, the second Tuesday being our business meeting, at the home of one of our members. We have an annual Quilt Show, Piecing in the Valley. We host many challenges through the year; the latest being a Paper Bag challenge involving 15 quilters in the area. Our raffle quilts are directed towards community groups and we are beginning a compassion quilt project. We host two classes a year.

Claresholm
This is a new Guild. We meet every second Tuesday evening at 7:00p.m. at Log Cabin Quilts & Fabrics. We are doing a block at each meeting for a sampler quilt. Other ideas are always welcome. Contact Marilyn at smdewar@telusplanet.net 

Cold Lake
The Last Stitch Quilt Guild has close to 40 Members, our dues are $25 a year. Our meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month from September thru May at 7pm. Czar
Czar Quilters. We currently have 62 members who pay $30 a year in dues and are always accepting new members. We meet the second and fourth Wednesday at 10am from September to June. At the Czar hall. The Edmonton & District quilters guild meets the third Wednesday of the month, September through June, at the Provincial Museum of Alberta, at 7:30 p.m. The guild has over 250 members,writes a monthly newsletter, and has actitivies for every level of quilter.

Fort Saskatchewan

Grande Prairie.
Northern Piecemakers Quilt Guild. We have about 75 members who pay $25.00 a year in dues. We meet at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of the month at the Golden Age Centre. High Prairie, High Prairie Quilt Guild.35 members, meetings 3rd Friday of each month.We make a raffle quilt yearly for proceeds to our community clubs,we have retreats,basket draws,raffles.Our shows are usually in October each year.  We do have birthday block.Contact ann_482@hotmail.com

High River and District Handicrafts Guild - meets at the Lutheran Church, 910 - 12 Avenue West, Alberta Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.  We have 40 members and are in the process of making quilts, as a guild, and donating them to businesses and organizations within the community for fundraising purposes. We recently donated a quilt to the Abbeyfield House Society of High River to use to raise funds towards a senior housing project. The quilt raised $2,500 with raffle ticket sales.

Mundare. Quilting Bee Sewcial. We have 6 energetic members who meet every Thursday from 3 - 8 pm at the Mundare Seniors Centre in order to make blankets, quillows, and quilts for Blankets 4 Canada. Everyone is welcome and many community members join in the fun. Materials are donated from various locations.  Our focus is on education, having fun, and helping others in need by providing warmth and compassion.
Last year, we donated a quilt to Mundare Fire & Rescue and managed to raise $1,050 as a fundraiser.  This quilts have been donated to the Kalyna Country Performing Arts Festival (draw in April), the Vegreville Rotary Club - 50th Anniversary (draw in May) and the Lamont SADD Chapter (draw in July). Sherwood Park
Sherwood Park Quilt Guild –  The cabin quilters meet every second Thursday of the month at the Log Cabin (50 Spruce Ave.) at 7:00 p.m. We have speakers, hands on workshops, entertaining programs, and tons of fun. Ashcroft

Fraser Valley Quilters' Guild

Kelowna
The Orchard Valley Quilters Guild meets from September to June at the Okanagan Mission Community Hall, 4409 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC. The morning meetings are every Tuesday from 9 am to Noon with extended sewing days twice a month and the evening meetings are on the third Wednesday of the month from 6 to 9 pm. Langley
 Langley Quilters Guild  meets the 4th Wednesday of every month except December. The meetings consist of a short business portion (approx. 30 - 45 minutes), Show 'N Tell by Guild members, and after a 20 minute hospitality break, a program or workshop.

Maple Ridge  
Ridge Meadows Quilters' Guild meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening of the month at 7:00 pm, except for July and August at St George's Anglican Church at 235th St and Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge.  At present the membership is around 100 and has been paying $30/year membership. For many years the guild has raffled a quilt yearly and given funds to different local charities.  

Mayne Island Quilters' Guild

Nanaimo
Island Quilters Our guild has been around for 26 years now and has between 150 to 175 active members. Starting in September, we meet on the third Wednesday of every month at Brechin United Church. We have two meetings. The afternoon one starts at 1:00 pm. and the evening at 7:00 pm. Doors open half an hour before. We have a block of the month draw, a fat quarter exchange, demonstrations and guest speakers and a wonderful library for members. You can visit our website to get more information.

Parksville, BC
Parksville Quilt House Quilters Guild.
The Guild was founded in 1979 and grew from a small group of students who attended quilt classes at the Quilt House in Parksville. The guild is the second oldest in the Province and it was first on Vancouver Island. Members come from all over the island. Our members vary in age from young to seniors, with several of the founding members still in attendance. All levels welcome - from beginner to experience quilters. Meetings every third Monday at 12:30 pm and 7:00 pm.  Parksville Quilt House Quilters, PO Box 1177, Parksville, BC, V9P 2H2  There are over 250 members in our guild with annual membership dues of $20.00, meeting once a month September - June. 

Salmon Arm  
We are the Shuswap Quilters Guild. We are 96 strong. We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month in the Catholic Church. We have the block draw, lets' make a block a month and secret pal. We make quilts for the safe house and recently made trauma quilts for the RCMP

Squamish
Squamish Valley Quilters' Guild. Established in 1996, the Squamish Valley Quilters' Guild is a non-profit group. Along with our regular guild activities, we happily produce quilts for various charities in the Squamish area. Each meeting includes a brief discussion of business, show and share, and an educational programme with techniques for both beginner and advanced quilters. The executive also holds separate business meetings. Outside of the regular guild meetings, we have workshops and retreats. We have between 30 and 40 members and hold monthly meetings.

Tri-Cities. 
BC. Blue Mountain Quilters Guild
. We currently have 100 members who pay $30 a year in dues. We meet at 7 pm on the first Friday of the month at Wilson Center in Port Coquitlam (starting Jan 2006). We have Block of the Month, Fat Quarter draw, 50/50 draw, Round Robin, Spring and Fall Retreats, drop-in day once a month, donation quilts for various organizations in our community, and programs at each meeting. Barnswallow Quilters We have over 40 members who pay $15 a year in dues. We meet every Monday nite at Morden Collegiate Institute Home Ec. Room from 7pm to 10 pm and every Wednesday at the Morden Friendship Centre board room from 11 am till 4 pm. AuroraOnLineQuilters are a group of about 30 Manitoba quilters who meet the second last Saturday of each month at Harrow United Church at the corner of Mulvey and Harrow in Winnipeg. We collect $3. from each person to pay for the rental of the hall. Bring a pot luck item for lunch and plan to spend the day with us from 10 am to 5 pm in friendship sharing tips and techniques, show and tell, and working on charity quilts or your own projects. Sussex Vale Quilters' Guild. We have about 80 members who pay $20. in dues. We meet at 1pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from Sept to June. Except Dec. and June are special events. Meetings are held Trinity Anglican Church, Sussex,NB. The first meeting of the month is a business meeting with Show n' Tell and social and the 2nd meeting of the month is a program meeting. We have a show every other year.

Woodstock Quilt Guild. We have about 50 members. We meet the first monday of the month at St Gertudes Church Hall. We offer program every month and have lots of teachers and events. Fort Smith. 
Boreal Piece Makers. We have 29 members and pay $20. dues. We meet between 7 and 9 on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, and schedule Saturday's for group projects. Twice a year we choose projects for the following season as the nearest quilt shop is 800 miles away so shopping is a challenge! We welcome quilters of any level of expertise and experience, and invite members of other guilds to attend a our meetings when visiting our town.

Nova Scotia. Mariners Quilt Guild started in September of 2003. We have 50 members and meet the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month at the Grace Lutheran Church on Caldwell Road in Dartmouth. Nova Scotia. Lawrencetown Sew-ciety Guild. We have about 20 members who pay $25.00 a year in dues. We meet at 6:30 on the first and third Mondays at the Lawrencetown Community centre. We run all year long. We have block lotterys, secret sister, and fq lotterys. Presently we are working on our first raffle quilt. Check out our website.

Pictou
Nova Scotia. Northumberland Quilt Guild of P.O. Box 1027 Stellarton, B0K 1S0. We meet at 7:00 pm on the second Tuesday of the month alternating between Stellarton or Pictou. Guests are welcome. We have 100 plus members. We meet each Tuesday to work on individual or group projects; or attend workshops when scheduled. Mahone Bay
Mahone Bay Quilters Guild. We have 64 members and meet the first Monday of the month (exluding July and August) at Trintiy United Church Hall at 7:30pm. Our programs usually have a guest speaker and we offer regular workshops. We support our local women's shelter with about 70 cuddle quilts a year for the children. We welcome new members. Alliston
Quilting Corners Guild is a new group welcoming all levels of quilters. We meet the first Tuesday of the month from Feb untl Dec with no Jan meeting at the Lion's Hall on Maple Lane in Alliston. Membership fees are $35/year and guest are welcome at $5/meeting. We are currently offering a block of the month, a tinners club and make quilts for the Lions to repay their hospitality. We are a new guild of about 50 members. We invite all levels of quilters to join us 11 months of the year. There is no meeting in Jan. We have a tinners group, block of the month group and make quilts to donate to the Lions for community support. Membership is $35/year and visitors are welcome at every meeting ($5.00 charge) We have show and tell every month and a number of guild challenges.

Ancaster
Ancaster Quilters' Guild. We have 53 members who pay $30 a year in dues. We meet at 7at30 pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month at St John's Old Parish Hall in Ancaster. We have a block of the month, cuddle quilts, quilt of rememberance, round robin demos, workshops, stitch and chats, speakers and more. Contact ancasterquilters@acncanada.net for more information.

Arnprior
Arnprior & District Quilters' Guild. We have 97 members who meet from September to June on the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Christian Education Center on 257 John Street N., Arnprior from 7:00 to 9:00. The cost to join is $20. We have a block-of-the-month draw, a monthly charm squares swap, a block design challenge, a "strippies" club, a "tinners" group, and a monthly guest speaker. We take the blocks submitted to our Block Challenge and make them into two charity quilts for raffle. We are having our first ever quilt show on 24 & 25 September 2005 at the Christian Education Centre.

Brampton
Brampton Quilters' Guild Inc. meets at the Jim Archdekin Recreation Centre, 292 Conestoga Dr., Brampton, Ontario on the fourth Thursday of each month (Sept-June) 730-1000 pm. Thousand Islands Quilters' Guild. We meet the 4th Thursday of the month from September to November and January to May. We have an extensive library for members, offer block of the month and a quilt show every second year. Buckhorn
Buckhorn Area Quilters Guild. We have a membership of 60 and our annual dues are $25.00. We meet at 9:00 a.m. on the last Wednesday of the month (excluding July, August and December) at Hartley Hall, St. Matthews/St. Adian Anglican Church in Buckhorn. We have an applique club that meets the first and third Wednesday of the month in the mornings and for those who just want to quilt, we always have a quilt on the frame or members just bring something to work on. Busy Hands Quilters Guild.  We have about 35 members and the dues are $20.00 a year.  We meet at 9.30am on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at St. Andrews United Church on Montrose ST. Cambridge.  We do mystery quilts, workshops, swap charm squares and one of the biggest things we do are Cuddle Quilts for the Hospital, Crises Centre and St. Monica House.

Chatham
Chatham Kent Quilters Guild. We have about 100 members who pay $25 per year in dues. We meet at 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at St. Pauls Congregational Church, 450 Park Ave. W., Chatham. We have show and share, block of the month, Secret Pals. We also have a group which meets in the afternoon of meeting day to quilt, help anyone with problems or just to socialize. We have block of the month, secret pals, show & share and we make small "cuddle quilts" which are given to our local police department to use for comforting a child who may be involved in a traumatic situation. Sunset Country Quilters' Guild meet the 4th Tuesday of each month. We meet at 84 St. Charles Street at 7p.m. Membership is $30. per year. Yorkshire Rose Quilter's Guild. We have approximately 130 members who meet the second Wednesday of every month, at the Birchmount Collegiate Institute. Our membership fee of $30.00 yearly covers the cost of a monthly newsletter, library books, supplies for charity projects, rental of the facility, and organization of upcoming quilting shows. Elliot Lake
Elliot Lake Quilt Guild has a membership of 86 and still growing. We meet every Weds. night at 7pm and the last Weds in the afternoon at 1:30 in the Bible Chapel on Mississauga Rd. All are welcome. Business meetings are the first Weds.with Show and Tell,and refreshments afterwards. In even numbered years we have our biannual Quilt Show.

Haldimand Quilter's Guild. We have about 45 members who pay $20 a year in dues. We meet the first Monday of the month at 7pm September through June at the Hagersville United Church. We have a block of the month, either a guest speaker or mini demonstration (sometimes a trunk show)as well as a work night once a month for those who want to participate or need extra help and we do a quilt show in odd years. Haliburton
Haliburton Highlands Quilt Guild. We have about 80 members who pay $25 a year in dues. We meet at 1 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at Camp Adelaide in Haliburton from September to June and at Stanhope Community Centre in Minden for July and August. In addition to the regular meetings with speakers and programmes we do a lot of charity quilting: lap quilts for seniors, placemats for Meals on Wheels, quilts for the breast cancer auction, other community quilts. We have a show every second year, and 2 annual retreats--a snow retreat in January and a spring retreat in April.

Hamilton
Hamilton Quilters Guild, We have 199 members who pay $30.00 a year in dues. We meet at 7:30 p.m. the 2nd Wednesday of the month, except July and August at the Church of the Resurrection, Mohawk and Garth Street. Kingston
Kingston Heirloom Quilters. We have about 60 members who pay $30 a year in dues. We usually meet the first Tuesday and third Thursday of each month at St. Johns Anglican Church Hall in Portsmouth Village, from 9:30am to 3pm and 7-9pm. We work together on group quilts and also have block of the month, workshops, trunk shows, raffle blocks, trips, and make baby quilts for the Kingston General Hospital. Limestone Quilters' Guild. We have rougly 130 members who pay $25 a year in dues. We meet at 7:15 pm on the first Wednesday of the month at The Senior's centre in Kingston. We have a block of the month, trunk shows, mini workshops, a library and Show and Tell. Community Quilts are donated to various charities. A Quilt Show is organized every 4 years. 

Kirkton
Huron Perth Quilters. We have about 75 members dues are $30. We meet at the Kirkton Woodham Community Center in Kirkton Ontario on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:30AM from September to May. We have a block of the month quilt,workshops,classes, guest speakers, show and tell and lots more.We make quilts every year in support of charitable causes. Kitchener-Waterloo.
The Waterloo County Quilters Guild.  Meeting the third Wednesday of every month.  In 1998-99, we have moved to two sessions- 1:30pm and 7:30pm - due to amazing growth over the past few years.  Extensive library for members, scrap bank and inspirational show and tell.  Speaker's Corner focusing on fabulous Canadian Quilters.  Workshops offered for members.  Community projects include fundraising for ROOF, crib quilts for local neo-natal wards and extensive involvement in the annual MCC Relief Sale, Waterloo County & Area Quilt Festival and our own Guild Quilt Show.  Waterloo County Quilters' Guild under the province of Ontario. Mississauga
Cawthra Senior's Centre  Celebrating our 25th year. We have 200 members who pay $35 annually ($25 for seniors). We meet at 7:30pm on the first Thursday of the month (except July and August) at the Cawthra Senior's Centre. Quilt show every other year in odd numbered years. We have guest speakers, block of the month draw, workshops, lending library, show and tell.

Mississauga Quilter's Guild. We have about 180 members who pay $45 a year in dues. We meet at 7:30 pm on the first Thursday of the month (except July and August) at Tomken Twin Arenas in Mississauga. Manitoulin Island 
The Island Quilters Guild meets on the third Thursday of each month from Sept. to June. We meet in the cafetorium of Manitoulin Secondary School at 7:00 pm. Membership is $20/year or prorated for late membership. We do block of the month, charity quilts, workshops, preemie quilts and love to show our work to each other. Newmarket
The Region of York Quilters Guild began in 1985 with 25 members. Our membership has grown to 175 today and we now boast some nationally and internationally renowned quilters and teachers. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month from September through May. We host a major quilt show every two years and hold an annual quilting retreat on alternate years. As a guild we support many local charities through our "Outreach Committee" have supplied quilts to local police forces, women's shelters and preemie units in our local hospitals. Each month we have a block of the month swap, show and tell, mystery quilts, quilt challenges, a monthly newsletter and lots of wonderful workshops. More information is available on our web site.

Niagara Region
Niagara Heritage Quilters' Guild. The Niagara Heritage Quilters' Guild was in 1980 and has a current membership of approx. 250. General meetings are held at the Merritton Community Centre on the third Wednesday of the month. Social hour begins at 6:30, with meeting start time of 7:30.

Dufferin Piecemakers Quilting Guild meet the third Monday 7:30-9:30 pm each month September through June. Currently the guild meets at  St. John's Anglican Church, Highway 9, Orangeville. Simcoe:  Twilight Quilters Guild of Norfolk County We meet the 2nd Monday night of the month at the Simcoe Agriculture Center with an annual fee of $25. Thunder Bay
Thunder Bay Quilters Guild is almost 20 years old and is 160 strong.   We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month, September to June at The Central Evangelical Church on Balmore Street 7:00pm . Our membership dues are $10.00 or $5.00 for 65years old plus. We have a block of the month, fat quarter 50-50, a bi-annual Quilt Show, classes for our members, plus very interesting Shows & Tells at our meetings. For our 
community we make Comfort Quilts which are donated annually to many organizations in our city plus placemats for meals on wheel and other projects that are motivated by our members. Toronto
Etobicoke Quilters Guild. - one of the oldest in the province. We are a very welcoming group of about 170 members who meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at a lovely creative centre. Our yearly dues are $35:00, plus we pay $40:00 to belong to the centre. The third Monday of the month is our evening meeting where we have speakers, Show And Tell,Block-of the Month and a chance to hear about and sign up for classes. We do a lot of charity work, have a show every other year, have a yearly retreat and above all have fun while continuing to improve our skills, learn and master new techniques, encourage and motivate new members. 

The Toronto Quilter's Guild. A brand new guild starting up September 2007. Focus is on Canadian quilt history, Canadian blocks and quilting traditions. We will meet near Dundas and University Streets in downtown Toronto - near the Art Gallery of Toronto, and the Textile Museum. Whitby
Kindred Hearts Guild. Our Guild meets on the third Tuesday of the month at the Whitby Baptist Church. Memebership is $30.00 per year. Our Guild focuses on teaching and we offer a wide variety of projects to develope and enhance quilting skills. The Windsor Quilter's Guild meets on the first Tuesday of every month at the Soccer Place at Micmac park in Windsor. The day meeting starts at 9am for a social morning of demos and fun, followed by the business meeting and programme at 12:30. The evening meeting is from 6 to 8:30 pm at the same location. Prairie Piecemakers Quilters' Guild. We have about 140 members who pay $25 membership each year. We meet the first Tuesday of each month, from Sept to June, at 7:30 pm. "Connecting Threads" is a group that meets every Thursday afternoon to make quilts for Preemie babies and donation quilts for shelters and other needy causes.
