Mt. Taylor Quilt Guild meets at 10 a.m. on the second Saturday of the month in the basement of the Presbyterian Church, 400 Nimitz Drive, Grants, NM. We create veterans quilts, quilts for our local women's shelter, and items for our local nursing home and hospital. We have a quilt show the first weekend of October in odd numbered years. We provide 2 new patterns each year - one easier and one more challenging - as a benefit of due. We have fat quarter swaps, work days, workshops, a yearly raffle quilt to benefit charity.
