Quilters' Guild of North Dakota meets on the third Saturday of each month (excepting December) at 1:00 pm in the Skills and Technology Training Center on the corner of 19th Avenue N and University Drive in Fargo. The guild has monthly workshops, secret quilters, a spring workshop getaway and sponsors the Indian Summer Quilt Show and Conference on the last weekend in September. Piecemakers Guild. We have 40 members who pay $10 a year in dues. We meet at 7:00 pm on the 4th Monday of the month at the SACA Lodge in Garrison ND. We have a fat quarter swap, classes, a raffle quilt and welcome experienced and beginning quilters. Grand Forks. North Star Quilter's Guild. We have 140 members who pay $15 yearly dues. We meet on the first Saturday of the month, excluding July at University Lutheran Church. Coffee is on at 9:30 am, business meeting begins at 10:00 am. At 1:15 pm an optional class begins. Education is a strong focus of our organization, sponsoring speakers yearly, including at our quilt show held ever other year. Common Threads Quilter's Guild. We have about 60 members who pay $10 a year in dues. We meet at Hazen city haa on the first monday of each month. We have lessons at each meeting starting at 6:30 pm MT and follow with lunch, meeting then show and tell. We bring in a national quilter every 2 years.We have a quilt show usally the fist weekend of Sept. in conjunction with Hazen Harvest Fest weekend. Swan-S Grove Quilting Guild. We are a brand new group with no dues at this time. We meet the third Saturday of the month at the Dana Svanes home. We are focused on teaching basic quilting skills, making quilting projects for the home, and making charity quilts. We invite beginner quilters to come learn with us! Minot Prairie Quilt Guild meetings: 1st Thurs. of every month @ 6:45PM @Vincent United Methodist Church 1025 @nd St. SE Minot. We have over 180 members supporting the art of quilting and fellowship of quilters. Our guild has an annual quilt raffle in Decembers metting. We offer classes for all levels and a wonderful library full of books, videos, etc. to check out and use. We participate in Community Service projects and have an annual Quilt Festival every March. We do block of the month, door prizes and Class program/lecture. We sponsor 2 quilt retreats each year. - Rugby
Quilting from the Heart, Rugby, North Dakota. We have 25 members who pay $15 a year in dues. We meet at 7 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in town on the second Tuesday of the month, except in June and July. We have block of the month quilts, classes, and donate quilts to charity and lap robes to our local hospital. Homespun Friends Quilt Guild. We have about 35 members. We meet at 9:00am on the second Sat. of the month Sept thru May. We have a break for the summer. We have an informal meeting, show and tell, and class. There is a quilt show put on by the guild on the second Sat in May.
