    Common Threads Quilt Guild meets in Bexley at the United Methodist Church on East Broad St. the fourth Tuesday of the month. Dues are $25 a year.     The African Parish House Quilters is a community outreach program of the Hebron Baptist Church and welcomes all persons interested in learning the art of quilting to join us. We meet the third Saturday of each month from 1-4 p.m. and have annual dues of $15.00 per member. We have two community service projects each year where we make crib quilts for at-risk newborns and quilts for the homeless in our community.     Coshocton Canal Quilters. We have approximately 100 members and pay $20 a year in dues. We meet at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of the month at the Roscoe United Methodist Church in Coshocton. We have a quilt show every year the first weekend in May.     Creative Quilter's Guild.   Membership at this time is up to 110, and about 80 of them come to the meetings regularly. The membership year begins Jan. 1 and ends Dec. 31. Dues are $10 per year; after July 1 first time members shall pay $5 for the remainder of the year. Each member shall have one vote and be entitles to participate in all guild activities.   The purposes of the Guild is to share interests in quilts and quilting; to encourage and maintain high standards of design, technique and creativity; in instruct the membership in methods and techniques of quilting; to promote the study of historical sources; to preserve the art of quilting; to stimulate interest in quilting.    The library has numerous books, magazines and videos available. You will receive a membership card that will allow you to get discounts at some of the quilt shops. We have Friendship groups that meet at different members homes and different times of day and time.

    Miami Valley Quilter's Guild. Members focus on creating quilts using their own designs and techniques teach that "that all quilts are not bed coverings or your grandmother's quilt, but just a different kind of contemporary art." We meet the 3rd. Sunday of the month at 1:15 p.m., usually at the Wright Memorial Library Meeting Room in Oakwood. We usually have at least one show every year.     Ohio Star Quilters of Findlay. We have about 40 members who pay $20 a year in dues. We meet at 9:30 a.m. on the fourth Monday of each month (except December) at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1701 Tiffin Avenue, Findlay. We have secret sisters, classes and trips, and a yearly retreat in Amish country. We give a quilt show each year and also make quilts to donate to local charitable organizations.     Hayes Ohio Star Quilters' Guild. The membership is around 30 who pay $12 dues each year in April. The meetings are held at the Sandusky Township Hall, just north of K-mart, at 7 PM on the second Wednesday each month. Our community service project is Kwilts 4 Kids.     Heart of Ohio Quilters Guild - We have about 130 members who pay $24 a year in dues which includes a monthly newsletter.     We are the Finger Pickers Quilt Guild. We have about 20 members and the dues are $1 a meeting. We meet the second Monday of the Month and the municipal building on Catherine St. Each year on the 4th of July we have a small quilt auction where the members make and auction off small quilts and donate the proceeds to the local causes. Also for the 4th of July we make a full size bed quilt that we raffle to help with community projects. Also on the 4th of July we have a quilt show at our community building.     Patchwork Quilting Guild meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 A.M. at Freedom Baptist Church, 1766 Millville Avenue. There are 20 members at the present and welcome visitors and new members.  Our dues are $15.00 a year, due in January.  Every other month we have "Sew In" and then a program.  In June we will be having a "tote Bag Auction", with proceeds going to the guild and later a auction on homemade items at a date to be announced yet.

We have a quilt show every other year and offer programs, field trips and a Spring Luncheon for our members.     West Central Ohio Quilt Guild meets at the Forrest Park Methodist Church on Collins Avenue, Lima, Ohio. Collins is just off State Route 309 West of I-75. We meet the 4th Tuesday of every month but December. Meetings start at 7:00 PM. During July and August, there is no meeting but we have a potluck dinner starting at 6:00 PM with an old fashioned Quilting Bee. Dues are $15 a year. We have approximately 130 members. Guild Retreat every January over Martin Luther King Weekend and is held at the Holiday Inn (I-75 and 309). We have several workshops and one major guest speaker (with classes). Our Annual Quilt Show is held the first weekend of June at the Van Wert Fairgrounds, Van Wert, Ohio. Come join us for learning, fellowship and a Mini Quilt Show at each meeting.

    Mohican Quilt Guild. We meet on the second Monday of the month at 7:30pm either at the Loudonville Public Library or the Loudonville High School. We have a quilt bee that meets at the Loudonville Library the third Tuesday of the month at 1:00am.

  • Marietta
    Scenic Rivers Quilter's Society was established in 1996. The group meets the third Monday of each month at Christ United Methodist Church, Cook Fellowship Hall, Third and Wooster Streets, Marietta. There are currently 60 members who make a $12 donation each year to cover expenses. The group constructed and quilted a millennium quilt which was raffled and the proceeds are being used this year to sponsor a quilting seminar with a well-known teacher and a bus trip for members to the AQS in Columbus. Each year the members make baby quilts as a service project and they are distributed to at-risk children in Ohio. The group prefers less structure and more time to work on their own projects but programs, door prize drawings, birthday fat quarter give-a-ways snacks and "Show & Tells" are always part of their monthly meeting.     The Quilt Foundry Guild, 234 W. Wayne St., Maumee, Oh 43537.  419-893-5703   The Foundry guild is a non-profit organization. The purpose of the Guild is to learn more about the art of quiltmaking, to encourage fellowship and the sharing of ideas, to promote quiltmaking in any way possible, and to give support to the Quilt FoundryShop whenever needed.   Guild members meet on Tuesday evenings, 7-9 and /or Wednesdays, 10-4. Business meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month in the Gathering Room of The Quilt Foundry from 7:30-9:00 p.m.   Guests are welcome.

    The  Applique Addicts.  The group had its first meeting in January of 99.  We presently have 25 members.  There are no dues but we pay $1.00/month  each for use of our meeting place.  We meet at The Quilt Foundry in Maumee, Ohio on the third Tuesday of every month from 7 p.m to 9 p.m.   Our focus is on Applique.  Each meeting we have show and tell and a member presents an applique technique to the group.

    We meet the second and fourth Monday at 7:00 in the Murray city municipal building. Everyone welcome, it's free. We started this just last year. We are located about 18 miles from Athens. We will give our quilt to the police or fire dept or so on to raffle off to make money for their dept.  
  • Mt. Gilead
    Morrow County Quilt Guild. We have about 25 members. Our dues are $12.00 a year. WE meet on the third Saturday of the month at the First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Gilead. We have a different program each month, fat quarter exchange, we make charity quilts, a quilt show every other year, and a raffle quilt at that show.  
  • New Concord
    FRIENDSHIP QUILT GUILD. We have approximately 15-20 members who pay $20.00 a year in dues. We meet at 10:00 a.m. the third Saturday of every month at 'A Touch of Thread" in Zanesville. We have a program every month with a workshop every other month. No charge for our workshops. We are a fun group who enjoy learning & teaching one another new things.     The Piecemakers.  We have about 25 members with no dues or officers. We meet monthly with a designated hostess in charge each month.     Ohio Star Quilters meet the last Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church in Port Clinton. We have a yearly mystery trip, monthly programs, a yearly quilt raffle, work on stimulation quilts for charity and a great quilt show every other year (even years).     Down By the River quilting guild. We have 59 members and growing. Dues are $20. We meet at 6pm for a meal and business meeting at 6:30 the second Monday of the Month. Every other month block raffle, fat quarter raffle, and classes. Quilt show at library along with a quilt raffle. We give many quilts for charity. We also have 3 patch meetings for classes.

    Batty Binders. We have about 25 members, more or less, usually more, who pay the $15 dues gladly to enjoy the year of meetings, shopping trips, quilt tour, retreat, challenges and more. Of Course, we have treats at every meeting. We do at least one charity quilt during the retreat in February and other fund raising throughout the year. We are a non-profit guild and meet at the Hayner Cultural Center in Troy the first Wednesday at 7p.m.-9p.m. September through April, May we have a quilt tour, June is the shopping trip, July is the off month and in August we have our organizational meeting at our president's home.

    The Wyandot Piecemakers meet the 4th Wednesday starting in January thru October at Fairhaven auditorium 7pm. Dues are $10.00 per year. We have Gatherings (workshops) and share our knowledge and ideas. Each year we quilt and raffle a quilt with all proceeds going to our local Hospice.     CHAMPAIGN QUILTERS GUILD.  Very friendly and fun loving guild since 1981.40 members. We meet the fourth Wednesday of each month, except November.  This is a working guild with projects and lessons. We also enjoy visiting quilt shops in Ohio. Dues are $5.00 per year. Westerville Quilt Guild is a "member run" group. Member volunteers serve as "President-of-the-Month" and present the program for that month's meeting. Our dues are $12 a year (that's only $1 per meeting!)

    Tree City Quilt Guild. We have about 40 members who pay $10 a year in dues. We meet at 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month in the Guidance Resource Center at Wooster High School.We have a quilt show every other year and this year had our first quilt raffle. It was very successful. We have a charity project every fall to distribute during the holiday season. 
  • Youngstown area. 
    TQGIBT That Quilt Group I Belong To. We are 50 members strong from Canfield, Boardman, Salem, Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana. Our dues are $30 a year. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at the Fair Park Community Building in Canfield, Oh.
