Virginia Quilters, Inc. West Virginia Quilters, Inc. is a statewide
organization of quilting enthusiasts. Website includes: calendar,
gallery, quilt guild list, WV quilt shops and a listing of WV
teachers, certified quilt judges and appraisers.
- Berkeley Springs, Morgan County.
Delectable Mountains Quilt Guild. We have 42 members who pay $10 per year in dues. We meet at 10am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays each month from Sept thru June at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Rt.522, Berkeley Springs. For our members we have a Block of the Month, a Mystery Quilt and special workshops after each meeting. For the community our projects include Charity Quilts, Annual Quilt Show at the Ice House, Annual Yard Square Quilt Auction and Annual Morgan County Fair Quilt Room. Can't participate during the weekday? We have opened our guild to Internet members: minutes of meetings sent via email; pictures of projects shared online; hands-on advice and help arranged for evenings or weekends. Contact

- Bridgeport
Millennium Quilters. We have about 35 members who pay $12 a year in
dues. We meet the 4th Monday of the month at 6:30 PM at Maplewood Retirement
Community, Bridgeport, WV. We have birthday fat quarter swaps and once a
year we have an auction featuring handmade items made by our guild members.
This guild was formed in January, 2000.
- Elkins
Log Cabin Quilters' Guild in Elkins WV has about 55 members who pay $15 a year in dues. We meet at
7:00p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at the Elkins Regional Convalescent Center.
We have a business meeting which is followed by a "Show and Tell" and a short program. We have a Block of the Month, a Christmas Block Exchange, a Challenge Project, and we make and donate "Luvies" to local charities. If you live close to Elkins, please come and visit!
- Fairmont
Mountain Heritage Quilter's Guild. The dues are $12.00 per year due in
January and also $12.00 per year for YWCA membership. We meet at 6:30 p.m.
on the 2nd Friday of the month at the YWCA, 2019 Pleasant Valley Road. The
purpose of the Mountain Heritage Quilters Guild is to help members with
quilting. This is accomplished through programs at the regular meetings and

- Gassaway
Crazy Quilters meet on the second Thursday of each month at the Senior Center at 6:00 p.m. $5.00 to join, $2.00 per meeting dues. Projects and newsletters, block of the month, lots of fun! Contact

- Glenville.
Thimbles and Threads Quilt Guild meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Baptist Church in Glenville. Membership is $3.00 and $2.00 per meeting. Annual Quilt Show at Folk Festival each year. Quilts for Kids given away. Projects and newsletters. Contact

- Huntington
Creative Quilters. We have about 100 members who pay $20 a year dues. We meet at 6:30 on the second Monday of the month at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church. We have a quilt in the Saturday following the meeting, a block of the month, a fall retreat, take bus trips and have national teachers. Contact

- Morgantown
Country roads
quilt guild. Our 70 members pay $12 dues. We meet at 6:30 pm, the second Thursday of each month, usually at Mountaineer Mall. We have educational or just fun programs and show and tell each month. We have some weekend workshops to work on Project Linus quilts, or to learn new techniques. We have a quilt show each fall. Visit our

- Parkersburg
Stitchers: We meet on Wednesday mornings at 9:00AM at St. Margaret Mary Parish Hall on Dudley Avenue. Beginning classes are available as requested and new techniques are shared. All are welcome to come quilt, embroider, knit or crochet and enjoy the fun and fellowship. Road trips,
show'n'tell, charity work ... No dues.
- Pt Pleasant
Quilts and Things Too. We have about 12 members who pay $10 a year in dues. We meet the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm at the
Extension Office at the Courthouse Annex building in Point Pleasant. This is the evening group for working women and we have a light meal
during out meetings and are finished by 6:30pm in order to get home to our families or other activities. There is a morning guild named
Quilts and Things that we are a branch of. We have been in existence for 4 years. Each month a member presents a program for the

Fort Henry Piecemakers. Meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Edgwood Lutheran Church 1154 National Rd.
Business meeting is followed by show & tell from all members followed by a program which varies
monthly. Day Quilters meet monthly at varying locations - members work on individual projects.
